KVRA met on Thursday 2nd December and were very pleased to welcome Michelle Blythe to the group. Michelle offered to set up and run the new KVRA Facebook page, please see Michelle’s message below;
Dear KVRA Residents,
I am sure you are all aware of Facebook! It is a fantastic platform and can be utilised in so many ways – and of course it is free.
A link to the new KVRA Group page has been added to the menu bar above. This is a great way of keeping in touch with people, events and general information regarding Keston Village. You will need a Facebook account to join. Once you are logged on to your account please search for Keston Village Residents’ Association, or hit the “Facebook” link above and click on the “Join” button; I am the site administrator and will join you to the group once I receive your notification.
The Group will only be a success if all members contribute and post into the News Feed – please don’t be shy and get posting – anything from items for sale, to babysitting services or recommendations for local trades, restaurants – details of local events, playgroups or fundraising activities – the list is endless. The Group will also be a tool for posting alerts, such as criminal activity in the area.
Please let me know if you have any queries.
